Is it the fault of my questions too complicated (it would indicate dullness already interviewed), or ignorance of ordinary people who have been my victim, in the end, the outcome of my little survey was that the band of which read today, was a completely exotic to the "respondents ". A pity. I will try to convince you why. And not only words but also with music. Let's start from the beginning. In 1993, Poznan, Poland. The city experiences, Polish metal fans usually associates with Turbo and Acid Drinkers , while a weak hip-hop fans probably only Peja, is formed on the wave of popularity of grunge music, Polish jewel of this genre. (And yes, for many music connoisseurs who ate all the minds of the world and nothing else not seeing their own idols do not allow myself to think of a high level of something other than their own taste, the term "Polish grunge" would be blasphemy. So if you belong to this kind of "music lovers", I immediately recommend to you that you have donated a further reading).
Today, when people ask about the Polish grunge, fall ambiguous answer, generally oscillating around typing something that contains the elements of this phenomenon, or are modeled on it. However, it is true that hard to find and bring me here, for the purposes of this brief text, at least one band playing grunge, making it a beautiful country on the Vistula, and in addition also in Polish! Besides Kr'shna Brothers, of course.
But back to Poznan 1993. Because it appears that the composition of the team was truly interesting. And all because of the well-known in the Polish music world as a drummer, Tom Goehsa ( Turbo , Wolf Spider , SCF , Creation Of Death , Cult , 2TM2, 3 ). Moreover Kr'shna Brothers were: Jacek Adamczyk (vocals, guitar), Jared "Shadok" Szydlowski (guitar) and Witek Urbanski (bass). Probably most of you these three names just say modestly add that I do not associate with men of other projects (in case any reader had some information about them, please contact, complement the text.)

The carrier containing two live performances looks to me like quite a tasty morsel. Interestingly, according to information provided by the publisher, the material has not undergone any treatment.
I would like to focus primarily on the most important, namely registered in the studio album. Food For Life, Spirit For Fuck is a very good example of that trend is popular abroad, you can move on Polish soil and with a good success. Because I believe that many compositions from this disc does not differ greatly from the music proposed by many grunge bands that were active during the heyday of the genre. Ba, I would say even if it was not poor English vocals, you could say that Kr'shna Brothers is a pure native of Seattle grunge. Then its time to dig out of the closet a checked shirt and ragged jeans, and sit down to listen Kr'shna Brothers. As it turns out, I have as good an ear as Kazik (Staszewski, ladies and gentlemen), because idem, attracted by the beauty of the operator of the same riff from the song, the musicians asked for permission to use it in his work. Benefit immediately (in 1994) became a reality, what you hear on the album Live Kazika - but Live in the studio, the song Artists . Legend has it that the riff bought Kazik at the price of 24 beers and assembly, together with the interested parties that celebrated the transaction until dawn. Frankly, when I listen to how the singer sings the chorus, I find it hard to resist the impression that many a grunge lover forgive immediately. Then, because although the vocals in the songs may slightly irritate the English language, it has the characteristic manner of grunge, a bit sloppy singing, slightly hoarse. But there are also screaming, wailing, a full range of vocal expression. In addition to the ten compositions by copyright, wyśpiewanymi in English, the album is completed by two songs from the Polish text. One is rightly a resemblance to a Polish rock ballads here and there , entirely acoustic. The second is one of the best covers that I know, that days, I do not know y, z repertoire nieodżałowaneg Mark Grechuta. Played with power, coal smoke, but with due respect. The haunting original text, enriched with a strong guitar and great percussion music, hoarse vocals, crisp bass. What more could you want? I just want to encourage you to familiarize yourself with the now defunct band, which debuted during the grunge boom, quite successfully performing the music of Polish fashion. And although in most cases, these words could be read as an insult, in the case Kr'shna Brothers only as a compliment.
From now on, when someone (most likely I will, most likely in Woodstock, P) will approach you and ask you if you know Kr'shna Brothers, please, do not do this to me and not responding: "Eeeee?".
